Recently, one of our vendor partners (IG: @nereydaballoondecor) shared some eye-opening information with us about the cost of balloon decorations. They explained that each bag of five balloons has a value of $7.25, and that in order to achieve the beautiful effects that our clients desire, we typically need at least two bags – one of 11″ and one of 17″. This means that each color section of an average balloon arch can cost approximately $50.00, not including the additional cost of chrome and print balloons, which can be even more expensive.
When we factor in the cost of other decorations such as curtains, structures, graphic art, tables, ladder, and carpet, it becomes clear that providing a complete decoration for merely $200-$300 dollars is simply not feasible. Event decoration is considered a luxury service which demands a significant investment of time, resources, and expertise.
