Kyle, Chef/Operator of Tacos Y Mas Catering, has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on banquets, private events, corporate events and wineries. His in-laws have been serving their local community with authentic traditional delicacies for over 20 years. In addition to owning a restaurant they own a market in Concord with an in-house carniceria (butcher), produce and grocery and they specialize in Latin American products, mainly from Mexico, Brazil, and Peru.
What sets Tacos Y Mas Catering apart is their commitment to using the most authentic recipes from Mexico and always using the freshest ingredients. They source their ingredients locally whenever possible and work closely with their suppliers to ensure the highest quality. This dedication to quality is evident in every dish they serve.
Since Kyle’s entrance into the family business in early 2022, Tacos Y Mas Catering has quickly gained popularity, and Kyle soon expanded his offerings and catering services. They can cater up to 6 -7 events at a time, and they serve the entire San Francisco Bay Area and surrounding counties.
What pulled Kyle into the catering world was the ability to be a key part of his customers’ celebrations and his passion for cooking. Food is a vital part of any celebration, and being able to cater and provide the best possible service to so many celebrations is what Tacos Y Mas Catering’s team finds fulfilling. Kyle has big plans for further expanding his Mexican food catering services, including a Churro Cart serving freshly made Filled Churros, snow cones, cotton candy, corporate drop offs and more custom offerings to fit every occasion.
Having catered to events of all sizes, from small family gatherings to large corporate events, La Morenita Catering’s team knows how to please a crowd. Their unique custom-made carts give a modern and clean touch to their on-site catering services. The cart is designed to allow customers to handpick toppings and condiments to their liking, creating a personalized “Perfect Plate” experience. Leaving the guest with exactly what they want and how much they want on their plate.
